We provide services such as Website Design/Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Branding, and related consultancy. Final scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed via quotation or written agreement.
2. Payments
- Advance payment may be required before starting a project.
- Milestone or full payment terms are defined in the quotation/agreement.
- Late payments may delay project delivery.
- Taxes (GST) will apply as per government rules (if applicable).
3. Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities
- Client must provide required content (text, images, credentials) on time.
- Delay in approvals/content may extend timelines.
- Revisions are limited as per agreed scope; extra revisions may be chargeable.
4. Intellectual Property
- After full payment, the final deliverables become the client’s property unless otherwise stated.
- Third-party assets (themes, plugins, stock images) remain under their respective licenses.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests in writing not to.
5. Content & Legal Compliance
Client is responsible for ensuring that provided content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal policy. We are not liable for client-provided content.
6. Website Use
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt hacking, or disrupt services.
- You must not copy or reproduce site content without permission.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control (hosting issues, network failures, third-party tools).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webi Boost India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services/website.
9. Cancellation & Refund
- Once work has started, refunds (if any) depend on project stage and effort invested.
- Domain/hosting/third-party charges are typically non-refundable.
- Any cancellation terms can be specified in the quotation/agreement.
10. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services (payment gateways, hosting, APIs). Their terms and policies will apply in addition to these Terms.

12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of the relevant courts as applicable.
